As a Service Advisor at Ford Gouda, you are the face and the heart of our workshop.
You welcome customers warmly, discuss their wishes, and advise on maintenance, repairs, and additional services.
From the handing over of the car keys to the collection of the car, you ensure an excellent customer experience.

Additionally, you keep the workshop planning organized, create work orders, and coordinate progress with mechanics, the service manager, and the warehouse.
You prepare quotes and calculations and ensure the correct handling of invoices and warranty arrangements.

With your technical knowledge, organizational talent, and customer-oriented attitude, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and customers hit the road satisfied.
