For a renowned automotive partner, we are looking for an Automotive Warranty & Quality Specialist who supports dealers with warranty processes, quality controls, and operational improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you are responsible for the correct management of warranty claims, supporting dealers, and monitoring quality and compliance processes. You will work closely with technical teams, dealers, and the manufacturer to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for dealers with questions regarding warranty procedures and claims.
Supporting dealers in the submission, assessment, and follow-up of warranty claims.
Ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines and quality standards.
Advising on pre-approval processes and collaborating with technical support teams.
Coordinating and supporting parts returns.
Assisting with warranty audits and quality controls.
Preparing reports and analyses to support process improvements.
Identifying trends and opportunities to further optimize warranty and quality processes.
