What you'll do

As a Warranty Specialist, you are the point of contact for dealers and support them in the correct and efficient handling of warranty claims. You work closely with technical teams and contribute to a consistent application of manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

Answering dealer inquiries regarding warranty processes
Supporting the submission, assessment, and follow-up of warranty claims
Ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines and procedures
Coordinating pre-approval processes in collaboration with technical support teams
Supporting parts return processes
Contributing to warranty audits and quality controls
Preparing periodic reports and analyses to support continuous improvement
