Technical Service Specialist

As a Technical Service Specialist, you are the expert within our service organization. You ensure that technology, innovation, and practice come together perfectly and that malfunctions are not only solved, but above all prevented. A technical specialist who gets energy from complex issues, innovation, and improving processes.

Your responsibilities include

• Acting as the technical point of contact for service technicians and providing support during complex malfunctions;

• Actively supporting technicians by visiting them on-site and providing guidance where necessary;

• Analyzing malfunctions and translating these into structural improvements;

• Improving service processes and developing work instructions and diagnostic methods;

• Coaching and guiding technicians and actively sharing knowledge, for example through knowledge sessions;

• Monitoring installations and intervening proactively where necessary;

• Monitoring the quality of service activities and coordinating with other departments.

For this position, we are looking for a motivated and technically minded professional who recognizes themselves in the following profile:

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in installation technology or mechanical engineering;

• Extensive experience in service and maintenance of installations;

• Demonstrable experience with fault diagnosis and complex technical issues;

• Specialist knowledge of, among others, central heating boilers, heat pumps, and hybrid systems;

• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented attitude;

• The ability to take responsibility and direct technicians where necessary;

• A coaching attitude and the willingness to actively share knowledge;

• Good communication skills and a drive to continuously improve.

You are an experienced technician who looks beyond just solving malfunctions. You think ahead, analyze, and improve.
