Location: National | Hours: 36-40 hours per week | Education: HBO Integral Safety (IVK)

Recently (or almost) graduated in Integral Safety and ready for a flying start? Do you want to not only learn, but also make an immediate impact? Then this traineeship is the step you are looking for!

At Arbosupport, we believe that young professionals make the difference in the future of safety. With us, you will participate fully from day one and get the immediate opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice.

During our 1.5-year traineeship, you will learn the profession in practice and follow targeted training such as gas measurement and expert supervisor for scaffolding use. You will work on diverse projects for various clients in sectors such as petrochemicals, construction & infra, energy, food & pharma, and the manufacturing industry.

You will be paired with an experienced safety scientist, your buddy, who will support you in your professional development, guide you during assignments, and help you build your soft skills. This is how you will grow into an independent and professional safety advisor.

• Practice-oriented training and education (including obtaining your MVK diploma);

• Gaining direct experience at client locations;

• Guidance from a buddy and periodic evaluations with your team leader;

• Personal growth in both hard skills and soft skills;

• Focus on your ambition within HSEQ. You determine the direction, we provide the path.
