The Incident Management department of Strukton Milieutechniek is ready day and night to resolve emergency situations!  No two days are the same with us; a new report can come in at any moment. That makes the work extra exciting and challenging!

As a Trainee Incident Management, you are in the middle of the action, supporting the coordinators of various branches with diverse incidents. From smaller tasks such as clearing carcasses, collecting nitrous oxide cylinders, or cleaning up paint and oil spills, to larger, challenging calamities such as tackling drug waste dumping, oil spills, and traffic accidents.

In an intensive one-year program, you will learn—under the guidance of an experienced buddy—how to handle incidents independently. During this program, you will have regular evaluations and follow important courses and training to ensure you are well-prepared for every situation.
