You combine safety expertise with organizational sensitivity and decisiveness. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in this profile:

In possession of an HVK diploma;
3+ years of relevant work experience within industrial environments;
A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in a technical or safety-related direction;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
Strong communication and reporting skills. You convey advice clearly at every level.

Vacancy: Senior Safety Specialist (HVK) - Arbosupport

Location: National | Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Education: HVK diploma required

What you'll do

As a Senior Safety Specialist, you are the strategic sparring partner for our clients. You work on an interim or project basis on challenging projects within, among others, petrochemistry, construction & infra, energy, food & pharma, and the manufacturing industry. Think of setting up HSE policy, implementing management systems, guiding safety culture trajectories, or temporarily fulfilling an HSE management role.

You work independently, but always in connection with your client and with your colleagues within Arbosupport. The beauty of it? You get an insight into leading companies and contribute directly to a safe and healthy workplace for employees.

Policy & implementation: You develop, implement, and optimize HSE policy and management systems for various clients.
Advice & reporting: Based on your analysis, you provide clear and realistic safety advice to management.
Coaching & culture: You guide safety culture trajectories and coach employees on behavior and awareness.
Relationship management: You maintain independent contact with clients and know where their needs lie.
Independent planning: You manage your own schedule, align priorities, and work in a project-based and structured manner.
