Scrum Master

• Bachelor or Master working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach within complex IT environments.
• Demonstrably strong in removing impediments and improving team performance.
• Experience with tooling such as JIRA.
• Organizationally sensitive and able to guide teams in their development.
• Pragmatic, with a focus on both results and collaboration.

• Experience with DevOps teams and management environments is a plus.
• Experience with Agile working within larger organizations.
• Experience with SAFe (for example, working in an ART and/or PI Planning) is a plus.
• PSM I/ II and/or PAL-E certification is a plus.

• Professional command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A salary in scale 8: €4,276 to €8,443 gross per month with 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus.

How do you keep the Netherlands powered? As Scrum Master Energy Systems - Power, you are responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous improvement of teams working on balancing our energy system and being connected within Europe with other parties. This allows the Netherlands to continue to rely on reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy. You will be working in the Power team, consisting of two teams and approximately 20 employees.

As a Scrum Master, you support the teams in effectively organizing their work and continuously improving their collaboration and performance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coaching DevOps teams on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Stimulating a DevOps mindset and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitating Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective).
• Supporting the identification and resolution of impediments.
• Monitoring and improving the Agile way of working within the teams.
• Supporting SAFe activities such as PI Planning and alignment within the ART (if applicable).
• Supporting the planning and prioritization of activities in a management and development context.
