• You have at least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• You possess a Scrum Master certification.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Do you have more experience? Then that is, of course, a plus.
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You have experience in designing and facilitating team sessions and are familiar with modern collaboration methodologies such as Liberating Structures, Sociocracy, and/or Management 3.0.
• You see opportunities to further assist both customers and colleagues within Sopra Steria and know how to respond to them actively.
• You can make complex issues understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have experience in complex environments and know how to successfully guide and strengthen teams within them.
