SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Scrum Master Fulltime (40 hours per week) Location: The Netherlands, Schiedam Mammoet is a world leader in engineered heavy lifting and transport, operating in over 60 countries across industries including energy, petrochemical, civil, and offshore. We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Applications team in Schiedam. You will act as a key stakeholder in driving the success of our continuous improvement way of working. You facilitate Agile teams across the organization, enabling strong collaboration, proactively removing impediments, and embedding a mindset of ongoing learning and optimization. By guiding teams and stakeholders alike, you play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing how we deliver value and strengthen our Agile maturity.
