As a Scrum Master with us, you are an enthusiastic servant leader for 1-2 Agile teams at the client. Our clients are large organizations that are in various stages of their Agile transition and are grappling with complex IT challenges. Perhaps you will guide beginner scrum teams to a next level of maturity. Or you will use your knowledge to make an advanced scrum team completely self-organizing. We will look together at what suits you.

With your passion for Agile, you help teams grow. You take the initiative, inspire enthusiasm, and know how to make a real impact with your strong stakeholder management.

Your mission as a Scrum Master:

• Inspire & guide: You coach teams toward autonomy and collaboration and facilitate Scrum events so that they run smoothly.
• Remove obstacles: You recognize and remove impediments so that teams can focus fully on delivering valuable deliverables.
• Coach at every level: You coach team members individually, help Product Owners strengthen their role, and support stakeholders in adopting Agile.
• Create value: You ensure that teams deliver Increments that meet the highest quality standards (Definition of Done).
• Build value-driven teams: With an eye for team dynamics, you guide teams toward a state-of-the-art level of collaboration.

Samiyah tells how she was immediately involved in a challenging project and what that brought her: "Within my first month, I got the chance to work on a large project for one of our largest clients in the retail sector. This was a great challenge for me. So far, it has stimulated me to develop my skills - from guiding international teams and aligning complex processes to building bridges between different stakeholders.

Although you work most of the time at and for your client, you can always fall back on a trusted home base: AT, Agile Transformation.
