HR internship

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., located in Weert, is part of the Syntegon Group. Within the Syntegon Group in Weert, the Centre of Competence for vertical form-fill-and-seal machines is located. Here, we develop and produce technologies for a wide range of food and non-food products. This includes both standalone machines and complete system solutions with various process steps, from weighing and dosing to vertical packaging, cartoning, bundling, and palletizing.

As an HR intern, you will support the team with various tasks and projects. Your activities will include:

• Answering questions from employees;
• Collaborating on a warm and professional onboarding process for new colleagues;
• Searching for and coordinating suitable training courses for employees;
• Supporting performance and appraisal interviews;
• Supporting international employees;
• Organizing employee activities, such as a Sinterklaas celebration, anniversary celebration, and Christmas drinks;
• Creating and distributing internal communications;
• Managing personnel files and performing HR administration;
• Processing personnel changes and drafting letters;
• Collaborating on projects regarding sustainable employability and vitality;
• Supporting initiatives in the field of learning & development and the improvement of HR processes.

You are enthusiastic, possess strong communication skills, and work accurately. You also recognize yourself in the following:

• You are pursuing a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in the direction of HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field of study, with a preference for your 3rd or 4th year;
• You have a proactive attitude and dare to share your ideas;
• You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively;
• You get energy from a technical, dynamic, and international working environment;
• You are curious about the different aspects of the HR profession.
