Assembly Technician (Electrical)

• Completed MBO education in a technical direction or equivalent experience.
• You read electrical schematics fluently and preferably already have experience as an electrical technician or assembly technician.
• Accurate, manual, and practical; you work independently and are a true team player.
• Available full-time with the possibility to schedule your working hours flexibly.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

In Weert, we build and test high-quality vertical form-fill-seal machines for customers worldwide. As an Assembly Technician (Electrical), you will electrically connect the machines and peripheral equipment, adjust them, and perform tests so that our machines reliably leave the factory.

You will have a varied role within the assembly floor where you will work from technical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions. You will work closely with colleagues from production and engineering to ensure that every machine meets our quality requirements and is ready for transport and commissioning.

• Connecting packaging machines, sub-assemblies, and installing/setting up peripheral equipment according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Electrical adjustment, checking, and testing of machines and peripheral equipment using test and measuring equipment.
• Soldering, wiring, and performing functional controls and quality checks.
• Where necessary, troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions at customer sites and assisting with commissioning (max. 10% of your working time).
• Thinking along with engineering and production to improve assembly processes and customer solutions.
