Talent Development Internship | Learning & Development

How do you ensure that young talent successfully enters, develops, and grows within an organization? During this graduation internship, you will combine Learning & Development with strategic research into talent development within the Retail & Logistics division.

You will contribute to the further development of the learning paths for our Field Service Engineers (FSE 2 through 5). For the various job levels, you will research which knowledge, skills, tasks, and responsibilities are central. To do this, you will collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders within the organization. You will translate the information gathered into practical learning trajectories, training modules, and development paths that contribute to the growth of our technical professionals. Additionally, you will help update and enrich the existing FSE 1 learning path.

In addition to the development of the learning paths, you will get the chance to delve into the development and career growth of young talent within Retail & Logistics. You will map out which competencies, training, and forms of guidance starters need to successfully enter and further develop within various roles. In doing so, you will also look at possibilities to shape learning, coaching, and career growth in a structural way within the division.

• Contributing to the development of learning paths for Field Service Engineers (FSE 2 through 5).

• Updating and further enriching the existing FSE 1 learning path.

• Mapping out which knowledge, skills, competencies, and responsibilities are important within various roles.

• Organizing interviews and workshops with engineers and colleagues from different fields.

• Researching what young talent needs to successfully enter, develop, and grow within Retail & Logistics.

• Thinking along about suitable training, coaching, guidance, and development paths.

• Translating the insights gathered into practical learning trajectories and training modules.

• Developing concrete advice for a Talent Program within Retail & Logistics, including for example competency profiles, development paths, and proposals for traineeships and coaching.

• A challenging graduation assignment with good supervision

You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in a field such as HRM, Business Administration, Educational Sciences, Pedagogical Sciences, Communication, Creative Business, or a similar study. Additionally:

• You are interested in learning, development, and talent management

• You work in a structured and independent manner

• You enjoy conducting research

• You have an affinity for digital learning solutions such as Canva or Synthesia

• You have strong communication skills

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
