Supervisor

• At a minimum, a completed MBO level 4 education in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology;
• Driving license B;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within the energy or infra sector;
• A coaching style of leadership.

As a Supervisor at SWARCO in Breda, you are not someone who manages from a distance. You are visible on the projects, the point of contact for your team, and the one who ensures that technology, planning, and people come together. You create calm in the execution.
