Cables and Pipelines Supervisor

• Have experience in infra-technology, preferably in cables and pipelines, earthworks, or underground infrastructure.
• Are solution-oriented, act quickly, and motivate your team to achieve top performance.
• Maintain oversight of both the technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Communicate smoothly and coordinate easily with various stakeholders.

• A good salary between € 4,500 and € 6,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

Are you an experienced technician in infra-technology, and do you want to apply your leadership qualities to challenging projects? As a Supervisor at Strukton Rail Cables and Pipelines, you are the linchpin in the execution of complex, multidisciplinary projects. You manage multiple crews with foremen, maintain oversight of technical and financial aspects, and ensure optimal collaboration. With your insight, solution-oriented approach, and decisiveness, you ensure that our projects are delivered safely, within budget, and according to schedule.

With your broad technical knowledge and leadership qualities, you bridge the gap between technology, safety, quality, and cost control. You are the indispensable link that takes projects to a higher level.

What will you do?
In this role, you are ultimately responsible for the execution of our projects within infra-technology, with a focus on cables and pipelines. Your tasks:

• Managing and coaching foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and optimizing planning, quality, and budgets.
• Solving complex technical issues and implementing improvements.
• Maintaining contacts with suppliers, subcontractors, and temporary staff.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all (safety) regulations.
• Proactively reporting to the project manager and adjusting course where necessary.
