The role
A responsible role with a lot of freedom and direct influence on the safety of our residents. Is safety your expertise? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and do you get enthusiastic about complex healthcare real estate? Then apply now as a Residential Safety Coordinator. Take the chance to contribute directly to the safety of hundreds of residents.
Nothing is as beautiful and as complex as healthcare real estate. In your role as Residential Safety Coordinator, technology, regulation, and humanity come together. At Kwintes, we work on a safe home for vulnerable people. And you contribute to this every day. You are our in-house expert in areas including building, installation technology, and fire safety. You advise the management and think along about how policy can be improved. In this way, you help the organization continue to grow in safety.
In this position, you will get the freedom to investigate what is happening and what needs to be done. You will regularly visit locations to assess situations and supervise projects, or to consult with municipalities and the fire department. You switch quickly with decision-makers and have direct influence on the safety of hundreds of residents.
You are an entrepreneur within our company. A pioneer who drives projects themselves. But just as much the advisor who maps out risks and ensures that the right choices are made. You continue to develop yourself thanks to our training budget. And do you want a new challenge in the long term? Then there are always opportunities to be seized within our organization.
What you'll do
You develop policy in the field of fire safety, building safety, and process safety and keep this up-to-date.
You advise management, leadership, and project teams on technical safety aspects of real estate and installations.
You identify developments in laws and regulations (such as fire safety and legionella prevention) and translate these into practical and future-proof policy.
You lead organization-wide projects and draw up programs of requirements for new construction, renovation, and safety improvements.
You manage contracts, inspections, and audits and ensure that legal obligations are carried out in a timely and careful manner.
Your workplace
Your base of operations is our Central Office in Zeist. You work closely there with colleagues from Real Estate, Maintenance, and policy advisors and communicate easily with the manager. You also work a lot with colleagues from Care. They ensure that safety is well organized, while you focus on the structural engineering side. Just as you know care, that is how we are. You will join an involved, passionate, and professional team. Hard work is done, but there is also plenty of room for socializing. Together, you ensure that our clients can live, work, and stay with us safely. Now and in the future.
