The role
description
Are you interested in working in mental healthcare and have you (nearly) completed a relevant healthcare education, but you don't yet know exactly which role or location suits you best? Or is your ideal vacancy not currently open? Then send us an open application. One of our recruiters in the region would be happy to think along with you about a suitable position.
Even if you are still orienting yourself within mental healthcare, we are happy to help you further. Based on your education, experience, and interests, we will explore together which possibilities exist within Kwintes. Our most important goal: discovering where your qualities can best shine. At Kwintes, dedicated professionals work daily on recovery-oriented care. We believe it is important that employees can do what they are good at and what suits them. Within the framework of their education and competencies.
About Kwintes
Kwintes supports people with psychiatric or psychosocial vulnerabilities. We offer our clients professional assistance with living, working, and learning, to lead as independent a life as possible. You can find us in many different places in the center of the country; from Flevoland to Gouda. Recovery is a meaningful concept in the support that Kwintes offers. What you bring
You are in the final phase of a relevant healthcare education or you have already completed it. With your knowledge and motivation, you would like to contribute to mental healthcare. You enjoy working together, are open to development, and actively contribute to recovery-oriented care. Are you still doubting which role suits you best, but does your education align? Feel free to send us your motivation and CV. We are happy to think along with you.
We offer
A job in which you make a difference every day!
The salary depends on your role, experience, and education.
Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be a permanent contract.
In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1,000 gross per year pro rata to your employment. Our lease scheme for the most beautiful and best (electric) bicycles is also worth mentioning!
An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50%.
A wide range of education, training, and coaching; both through our Learning & Development department and via external parties.
Enthusiastic? We look forward to your response via our website. You will receive an initial response from us within a few working days. Would you prefer more information first? Feel free to contact the recruiters via wens@kwintes.nl They will be happy to tell you more!
The procedure consists of 2 interviews; the 1st interview is with the recruiter and the 2nd interview is on-site with 1 or 2 colleagues and a client. If applicable, a shadowing moment and the employment conditions interview will follow. Upon employment, we request a VOG (certificate of good conduct). This vacancy is posted internally and externally. In the event of equal suitability, the internal candidate will take precedence.
Nice position, right? We therefore expect to fill this ourselves and we find recruitment agencies a waste of your and our time.
