Operations Analyst

At Frank Energie, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to strengthen our team.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be broadly involved in the business operations of Frank Energie: from invoicing and data analysis to process improvement and collaboration with other teams. Your work touches both the daily operations and the systems and processes behind them. Think of:

• Setting up and executing projects that lead to operational excellence. From small process improvements to broader process documentation;

• Identifying irregularities or deviations in our processes and systems, and resolving these in a customer-oriented and efficient manner;

• Checking and managing our invoicing batches and identifying and resolving deviations within them;

• Processing operational tasks in our CRM system and keeping an eye on the customer impact thereof;

• Supporting and collaborating with customer service, finance, development, and marketing on back-office related issues;

• Regularly using SQL (e.g., in BigQuery) to extract data, prepare reports, and perform analyses;

• Converting data into clear visualizations and dashboards in tools such as Power BI or Grafana;

• Maintaining and improving internal documentation and tooling, so that knowledge remains well-secured within the team;

• Staying up to date with developments in the energy market and identifying what this means for our processes;

• Regular contact with third parties and other energy suppliers.

• Preferably 2+ years of work experience in operations or a similar role;

• Experience in independently taking on and driving projects;

• Preferably work experience with SQL; experience with Python, Google BigQuery, or Power BI is a plus;

• Very experienced with Microsoft Excel;

• Flawless Dutch and fluent English;

• Ambition, curiosity, and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
