You possess:

HBO work and thinking level;
3 to 5 years of leadership experience within an administrative, financial, or service-oriented environment;
Experience with coaching, guiding, and developing employees;
Knowledge of or affinity with financial and administrative processes;
Experience with KPI management and process improvement;
You feel at home in an environment that is fully in development and know how to bring employees along in changes.
The ability to rise above the daily operation and identify opportunities for improvement;
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach;
An eye for quality, compliance, and collaboration.

A salary of € 3,857.54 - € 5,510.77 gross per 4 weeks based on 40 hours (depending on your work experience).

What you'll do

As Team Leader Shared Service Center (SSC), you will lead approximately 14 employees in the Backoffice and Credit Control team in Breukelen. You ensure that the team works well together, employees continue to develop, and daily processes run smoothly.

You will join a new and growing Shared Service Center in which processes, working methods, and collaboration are being further standardized. As Team Leader, you play an active role in this development by implementing improvements and bringing employees along with you. You focus primarily on coaching, guiding, and developing your team and supporting the operation when necessary. In doing so, you bring calm and structure, stimulate ownership, and manage based on quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and lead times.

Additionally, you continuously look for ways to work smarter or better. You identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation, and you are given the space to come forward with ideas and improvement proposals that help not only the team but also the organization further.

In this role, you work closely with the other SSC Team Leader in Geldrop, and colleagues from Sales, Customer Care, Account Management, Treasury, and Finance. You report to the SSC Manager.
