Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level, supplemented by experience in (financial) administration.
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Ownership, a structured way of working, and experience with project-based work.
A customer-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude, combined with a great sense of responsibility and a result-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to work quickly with new systems. Experience with Navision, SharePoint, Routty, or MAS is a plus.

A salary of € 3,011.22 to € 4,301.75 per 4 weeks (based on full-time).

The role

The Securitas Operations Center (SOC) is the innovative heart of our organization. At our locations in Amsterdam and Geldrop, our specialists work daily with data, technology, and tight processes to provide Securitas with crucial information. From the alarm centers and supporting departments, we proactively execute the right actions for our customers.

Securitas is developing globally into a full-fledged Solutions organization, delivering complete security solutions. The SOC plays an increasingly important role in this: we are the central point where information-driven security and remote services converge. In this way, we ensure that Securitas remains at the forefront of modern security.

What you'll do

Are you strong with numbers and data, but also communicative and customer-oriented? Then you are the colleague we are looking for! As a Contract Administration Clerk, you ensure that all contractual and financial agreements are processed correctly and that invoicing to our customers runs smoothly. You are responsible from the moment of registration until the invoice — a crucial role in customer satisfaction.

You assist customers with contract changes, questions about invoices, and information requests. You also have a lot of contact with colleagues from Sales, Operations, and the Project Desk. Together, you ensure an optimal customer experience.

Your day is varied: from processing incoming tickets to project-based work on communication and improvement trajectories. You can switch gears well, maintain an overview, and enjoy working together in a dynamic environment.

As a member of the Contract Administration department, you are part of the Customer Service team of the Securitas Operations Center in Geldrop — an enthusiastic and driven team with a lot of variety in the work.

How you'll work

You are available 32 to 40 hours per week and deployable between 08:30 and 17:00.
Hybrid working, maximum 1 day per week.
