• A guaranteed base salary of € 3,000.- with an average OTE salary of € 3,500.- and a bonus potential of up to € 5,000.- gross per month (based on 40 hours)!

For our Transport & Logistics business unit, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant who will become the key point of contact for clients and professionals in a world where timing, teamwork, and reliability are everything.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you connect warehouse workers, drivers, order pickers, and logistics talent to our clients such as HelloFresh, Jooren Transport, VOS, and Deta Logistics. Thanks to our platform and smart campaigns, candidates apply themselves, allowing you to focus completely on where you make the difference: guiding, matching, and building sustainable relationships. You monitor processes and ensure that every placement runs smoothly, from intake to starting on the work floor.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

You are responsible for the full recruitment process within transport and logistics and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Your responsibilities

• Organizing the full recruitment process: from intake to successful placement;
• Enthusing and guiding candidates towards a (new) step in logistics;
• Advising clients on personnel planning and workforce issues;
• Identifying processes and bottlenecks based on data (qualitative and quantitative);
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and talent;
• Proactively seeing opportunities in the market and responding to them.

You grow within recruitment based on your performance, not at fixed assessment moments. As soon as you meet the job requirements and demonstrate the necessary competencies, you can progress to the next step.
