Business Controller Retail

• A salary between € 4,500 and € 5,600 depending on education and experience. On top of that, there is a fixed 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% bonus on your annual salary.

As a Business Controller Retail, you are the financial sparring partner for retail management. You translate figures into sharp insights and concrete advice, and you challenge the team to continuously make better choices.

You are close to the business and know exactly what is happening. Through your analyses and critical eye, you help steer revenue, margin, and performance in a dynamic retail environment. In this way, you make a direct contribution to the success and further growth of our organization.

• You are the financial business partner for the Retail team and actively advise on performance and strategy.

• You analyze commercial results (revenue, margin, mix, promotions, costs) and translate these into clear insights.

• You prepare KPIs and management reports, monitor them, and present your findings to management.

• You are responsible for budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans and dare to challenge these critically.

• You identify opportunities and risks and translate these into scenarios, business cases, and improvement initiatives.
