As a Senior Business Controller, you are an important sparring partner for management and the business. You translate financial insights into strategic advice and dare to take a position when necessary. With your analytical eye, persuasiveness, and clear communication, you help the organization make better choices.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Advising on strategic choices, pricing, and commercial trajectories for larger offers.
Translating complex data into clear management information, reports, and KPI dashboards (including in Power BI).
Identifying risks and opportunities and proposing appropriate measures.
Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects, automation, and process optimization.
Guiding budgeting, forecasting, and periodic analyses for the business.
Creating solid (sales) forecast models and supporting business cases for product development.
Sparring with stakeholders, asking critical questions, and providing strong substantiation for financial insights within the MT.
You are part of a team of business controllers that shares knowledge, strengthens one another, and works together on the further professionalization of finance within Allinq.
You are analytically strong, communicatively persuasive, and move easily between different stakeholders. You know how to reduce complex analyses to clear choices and concrete actions.
Furthermore, you have:
A completed university degree (WO) in an economic or financial field.
At least five years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience with performance management and financial control.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear advice and decision-making.
A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset and energy for a dynamic environment.
