• University-level working and thinking ability.
• A minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience in process management, operational improvement, or a similar management role.
• Experience with airport logistics and operational processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and process insight.
• Experience with the integral improvement of complex operational processes and with stakeholder management in an environment with diverse interests.
• The ability to translate vision into concrete improvements and demonstrable results.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to provide direction, create support, and accelerate decision-making without a formal hierarchical position.

As Process Owner Airside Turnaround Ground, you provide direction to the design, assurance, and continuous improvement of the turnaround process. You connect operations, policy, and chain partners to structurally improve the safety, punctuality, and predictability of aircraft handling. You set clear goals, translate these into a substantiated plan, and manage towards timely realization and measurable results. You apply your talents to:

• You ensure the continuity and performance of the turnaround process. In doing so, you focus on, among other things, airside space utilization, activities surrounding the VOP, gate and VOP allocation, traffic safety, the bus process, and cargo.
• You translate the Schiphol-wide vision and the vision of AO&AP (Airport Operations & Aviation Partnerships) into concrete improvement initiatives, clear priorities, and measurable operational results.
• You initiate and realize process improvements based on data, analyses, and operational insights.
• You represent the department in internal and external project boards and stakeholder consultations. You bring interests together, create support, and monitor that agreements lead to coherent decision-making and execution.
