Senior Process Owner Employer Pension Administration

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree
• Extensive experience with employer processes within pension administration
• Experience with project-based working and realizing process improvements
• Experience with specifying and testing functional changes within IT systems

Additionally, you possess strong analytical and communicative skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and good knowledge of Excel. You communicate excellently in Dutch, both orally and in writing.

As Senior Process Owner Employer Pension Administration, you will play a central role in the further development of the pension administration services of Capgemini Pensioen Services. Since 2021, we have been providing pension administration for one of the largest pension funds in the Netherlands. With your knowledge of employer processes, you will ensure efficient, high-quality, and future-proof service delivery.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving employer processes within the pension administration
• Preparing reports on service delivery, quality, and performance for our client
• Safeguarding service level agreements and driving operational objectives
• Specifying, assessing, and testing functional changes within pension and administration systems
• Leading improvement initiatives and projects focused on process optimization and digitalization
• Coaching, guiding, and providing substantive direction to colleagues within the team
• Translating operational issues into structural solutions that contribute to efficient pension administration.
