As a maintenance technician, you are the first point of contact for breakdowns, but you are also involved in maintenance or conversion work. You support the (all-round) operators in the planning and execution of primary maintenance and consult with the shift leader. Additionally, you provide support to our (all-round) operators and shift leaders in our Packing department in Schoonrewoerd in a 3-shift service. In this department, our Leerdammer cheeses are sliced into slices or wedges, packaged, and labeled. Together with the (all-round) operators or the shift leader, you ensure that everything is running again quickly. You show what you do, so that the (all-round) operator can solve a subsequent breakdown themselves. Think of electrotechnical problems.

We find it important that you work in a safe and positive working environment, to which you also contribute.

You work in a sustainable 3-shift roster, in which you never have 5 night shifts in a row.
The roster is based on a 6-week cycle and repeats thereafter.

This means, for example:
Week 1: 5x morning shift (from 07:00 to 15:00)
Week 2: 2x night shift (from 23:00 to 07:00) and 3x afternoon shift (from 15:00 to 23:00)
Week 3: 2x afternoon shift (from 15:00 to 23:00) and 2x night shift (from 23:00 to 07:00)
Week 4: 5x morning shift (from 07:00 to 15:00)
Week 5: 2x night shift (from 23:00 to 07:00) and 2x afternoon shift (from 15:00 to 23:00)
Week 6: 2x afternoon shift (from 15:00 to 23:00) and 2x night shift (from 23:00 to 07:00)

• You possess at least MBO-3 working and thinking level, in the direction of Electrotechnics, Mechatronics and/or Mechanical Engineering;

• You have technical insight and experience with continuous improvement programs (WCOM, TPM and SAP PM);

• You have an affinity with a production environment.

• You are stress-resistant, flexible, communicative, and you can collaborate well.

• A good salary, ranging from €3353 to €4493 gross per month depending on your knowledge and experience, and based on a full-time working week (from scale 6, dairy CAO).

• 10% Labor Market Allowance, (depending on the salary between €335.30 and €449.30 on top of your gross salary, note this is a temporary allowance).

• 18.52% shift allowance, 0.23 per km in travel allowance (max 80km per day), 5% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance, 21.6 vacation days for a full-time employment.

• Suppose: you earn 3525.33, then you receive incl. 10% AMT and incl. the 18.52% shift allowance, 3525.33 + 10% (352.53) + 18.52% (652.89) = 4530.75 gross per month.
