What we're looking for

MBO4 work and thinking level
Experience in a coordinating or leadership role within logistics, retail, production, or a similar operational environment;
Affinity with logistics processes, preferably order picking, packing, or e-commerce;
You are decisive, maintain an overview, and know how to set priorities in a dynamic environment;
Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, or the motivation to further develop in this area;
You have strong communication skills, are accessible, and know how to engage colleagues in a positive way;
Good command of the Dutch language and sufficient English skills to support colleagues;
You are available for a 35-hour work week and do not mind working mainly evening shifts (17:00 to 23:45). You typically work from Monday to Friday. Additionally, you are willing to work regularly on weekends

The role

What you'll do

You are visibly present on the work floor and support employees with questions and daily activities. You monitor the progress of the picking and packing processes and maintain an overview of the daily operation. Together with the Team Leader, you ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Additionally, you identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to a pleasant and productive working environment. In the presence of the team leader(s), you also participate in production Responsibilities:

Replacing the Team Leader in their absence;
Directing and guiding order pickers, packers, and other logistics employees;
Monitoring daily progress, productivity, and quality within the department;
Creating staff and break schedules and ensuring optimal staffing levels;
Supervising safety, order, cleanliness, and compliance with work instructions;
Supporting the resolution of operational disruptions and bottlenecks;
Performing administrative tasks, such as time registration and reporting;
Identifying and implementing improvements within the picking and packing processes.
