Allround Operator Film Line (day shift)

At Royal Lactalis Leerdammer, we make cheese: Leerdammer and more!

We do this with more than 440 colleagues, spread across three locations in the Netherlands. Behind Royal Lactalis Leerdammer stands the largest dairy company in the world: Lactalis, with more than 90,000 employees and nearly 300 production locations in 52 countries.

At our production locations, we make cheese using fully automated machines, installations, and robots. On production lines 13 and 14, cheese is wrapped in film for the purpose of ripening. This activity is carried out by a team of flexible workers who fall under the responsibility of a Team Leader. Because the task package of this Team Leader is being expanded (due to the commissioning of a new production line), there is room for a committed and motivating Allround Operator who wants to get to know the line like no other and thus becomes the fixed point of contact for the other team members.

• You operate the machines and you signal and analyze malfunctions; you want to find out the exact cause of a possible defect before you contact the Maintenance Technician.

• You motivate the team (agency workers) to achieve production targets and

• You contribute to a positive working environment.

• You are committed to a safe working environment, top product quality, and the environment.

• Where necessary, you replace the Team Leader in his tasks for these production lines.

• You train new team members and you are the back-up for the other production line.

• Do you see opportunities to make the production line more efficient or safer? Or do you see how you can improve the quality of the product? You can always share these.

• You set yourself the goal to know every line well, so that you are broadly deployable.

• You have completed an MBO 3-4 education

• You can work both independently and in a team

• You master the Dutch language in speech and writing and you speak good English

• You are able to read schedules and execute them in the correct manner

• You have technical insight and process-related knowledge. You dare to address your team members in a motivating and respectful manner regarding attitude and behavior

• You are good with the computer for the purpose of administration

• You possess a Reach Truck certificate

• Working in day shift, with a varying schedule between 06:00 and 22:00, with an average of 36 hours per week spread over different days (Mon-Sat)
