In Dieren alone, we make about 1,000 e-bikes every day. This means that 40 million parts flow through our warehouse per year. And these production volumes are not possible without well-organized warehousing, distribution, and close cooperation with our logistics partners.

Together with your team, you fulfill an important logistical task. You ensure that the right items, at the right time, in the right quantity are ready for the production of our bicycles. You do this for our own departments and for external partners.

This is what you will do daily at Gazelle:

• You lead a team (approx. 18 colleagues, excl. flex workers) for whom you are responsible for HR.

• Ensuring the right flow in the processing of incoming goods and orders.

• Because you have a good overview, you can switch gears quickly to prevent or resolve problems.

• In addition, you ensure efficient inventory management.

• You work closely with outbound, production, paint shop, planning, and process group

• You work on improving cooperation, safety, and processes. You make proposals for this and actively contribute to projects.

• You coordinate frequently with your fellow team leaders and manager.

For this responsible position, it is important that you combine cooperation with operational leadership well. Team interest and results are your priority.

To achieve this, you bring the following:

• A completed MBO education in a field such as logistics.

• Extensive experience as a team leader in a warehouse environment with a production department as an internal customer.

• No two days are the same and a lot comes your way. You manage this with your decisiveness.

• Experience with SAP.

• Knowledge & experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S is desired.

• Diverse interests, deadlines, and strong characters do not throw you off balance.

• Your problem-solving and connecting abilities ensure collective success.

• Participate in bootcamps, cycling and racing tours, running events, hockey, golf clinics, and much more.

• The first round of interviews is on Friday morning, October 2.

• The procedure consists of 2 interviews and possibly a digital assessment.
