The role

Are you social, commercially minded, and energized by finding the right match? Do you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and achieving results? Then this role as a Junior Corporate Recruiter at Supply Value is for you.

As a Junior Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting new talent to strengthen our team. You guide candidates through the entire recruitment process: from sourcing and initial contact to hiring and onboarding. You work closely with the HR Advisor and receive plenty of room to develop yourself within recruitment, labor market communication, and employer branding.

What you'll do

Actively searching for suitable candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Writing and publishing vacancy texts.
Conducting intake, introductory, and pre-selection interviews.
Building and maintaining talent pools.
Approaching potential candidates via telephone, email, and social media.
Organizing and attending career days, events, and networking meetings.
Supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
Ensuring correct recruitment administration.
Thinking along about new recruitment strategies and labor market developments.
Supporting the HR Advisor with various recruitment issues.

Who are you?
