Are you an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Food Technology student and do you want to discover how things work in practice? During this internship, you will get a unique look behind the scenes of an aseptic bottling plant. You will learn everything about the production environment and the associated processes and will get hands-on with their (re)validation. A great opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop your skills, and experience how your knowledge comes to life in practice!
An important part of your internship is performing and documenting the re-validation of existing production processes. Based on customer requirements and existing validation criteria, you will work on, among other things:
Assessing whether processes still meet the specified requirements.
Reviewing and, where necessary, updating working methods and process documentation.
Proposing improvement suggestions based on your findings.
Assessing the effectiveness of operator tasks of the object to be validated using existing dashboards.
There is also room, depending on your interests and background, to gain knowledge and experience within other areas of quality and process technology.
You are a curious and practical-minded Food Technology student with an interest in production processes and/or quality. You enjoy getting hands-on, discovering new things, and getting to know different production processes up close. You already have a basic knowledge of Food Technology and would like to further develop this in practice. Additionally, you can work independently and approach new challenges with an open attitude.
The internship lasts at least 2.5 months and is full-time. We will coordinate the start date in consultation.
Please note: this internship is not a graduation internship with one large, defined research assignment. Instead, you will get the chance to gain broad practical experience within a production and quality environment and become acquainted with the daily activities in an aseptic bottling plant.
At Refresco, we believe in development and ownership. Therefore, with us you receive:
A buddy. Personal one-on-one guidance.
A flying start. A good introduction to our production processes.
Substantive feedback. At an academic level for your validation reports and documentation.
Versatile practical experience. You will be given room to, depending on your interest, gain experience in production, process improvement, and quality.
A look at a global player. You will become part of Refresco Group, the world's largest independent bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices.
A nice internship allowance. You will receive € 500 per month based on a full-time internship.
