For our production location in Hoensbroek, we are looking for a Syrup Room Operator (5-shift). In this role, you will ensure that our recipes are prepared accurately and that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

As a Syrup Room Operator, you are responsible for preparing the syrups that form the basis of our drinks. Based on recipes and work instructions, you mix raw materials and additives into a final product that meets all quality and food safety requirements. You work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central. Thanks to your accuracy and sense of responsibility, our filling lines can keep running and our customers receive top-quality products.

• Preparing syrups and recipes according to established procedures and GMP guidelines.
• Weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials and additives.
• Performing quality controls and recording process data.
• Monitoring quality, food safety, and hygiene within the department.
• Identifying and resolving deviations within the process.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Actively contributing to improvements within the production process.
