Eurofins Bio Pharma Product Testing B.V. is part of the internationally operating Eurofins Scientific. The organization is a supplier of pharmaceutical laboratory tests and manufacturing services for the international pharmaceutical market for life sciences. The services range from physical, chemical, and microbiological quality control tests of pharmaceutical raw materials to finished dosage forms, covering release, stability, and validation. The R&D departments can either develop test methods themselves or based on customer methods.

As a Business Support Intern, you are a full member of the Business Support team. You will support us with various administrative and process-oriented tasks and learn how a commercial support department operates within the life sciences pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks may include:

• Maintaining the CRM system and processing customer information;
• Preparing, updating, and following up on quotation requests;
• Troubleshooting complex CRM and LIMS-related issues;
• Improving and keeping templates and customer-oriented documents up to date.

What you bring

• You are following a HBO (Higher Professional Education) program in the direction of Life Sciences, Biomedical / Pharmaceutical sciences, Pharmacy Business/Business Studies, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or similar;
• You are independent and have strong communication skills;
• You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality;
• You possess strong analytical abilities;
• You have the capacity to work with complex software systems;
