What we're looking for

Completed office training, for example in office management or a comparable commercial field, forms your foundation.
You are familiar with common Office applications such as Excel. You enjoy learning new programs and are happy to be shown the next steps if needed.
Working carefully suits you: You check information attentively, recognize inconsistencies, and ask questions when something is unclear.
You communicate confidently in spoken and written German. You use English to communicate with your international colleagues in your daily work.
You work reliably within the team and approach colleagues and external contacts in an open and friendly manner.

Nice to have

Knowledge of a product information system or Photoshop is welcome, but not a requirement. Knowledge of Italian is also an additional plus.

What you'll do

You take over product information such as texts, images, videos, and package leaflets from our manufacturers' documents and enter them into our systems.
When checking data and product pages, you ensure that information is displayed completely, understandably, and correctly.
You research missing information or ask the responsible manufacturers and colleagues for it.
Together with the team and our manufacturers, you implement additional content for product pages, such as banners and images as part of premium content.
In your daily work, you keep product information up to date, coordinate open tasks, and contribute ideas when processes can be simplified.

About the role

Have you completed office training, do you enjoy working on a computer, and can you maintain an overview even with large amounts of information? Then our Product Data Management offers you a great entry point.

Together with your team, you ensure that our customers find the information they need about our products in the online shop. To do this, you prepare texts, images, and other content from manufacturers, enter them into our systems, and check whether everything is displayed completely and correctly.

You do not need prior experience in product data management for this. During onboarding, you will learn our programs, processes, and quality standards step by step. Your workplace is located in Sevenum; employment is under a Dutch employment contract.
