As a (Junior) Pharmacist Pharma Concepts (m/f/d), you will become part of our Pharma Center of Excellence and actively help shape the further development of future-oriented pharmaceutical services. At the interface between pharmaceutical expertise and business, you will support the translation of new requirements and ideas into concrete, practical solutions for tomorrow's innovative pharmacy experience.

About your tasks: 

• You will participate in the development and further evolution of future-oriented pharmaceutical services and innovative digital solutions, designing them together with the specialist departments.
• You will analyze pharmaceutical developments, new regulatory and technical requirements, as well as potentials, and translate these into practical and scalable concepts for our organization.
• As a cross-functional interface, you will connect pharmaceutical expertise with the requirements of our specialist departments and entrepreneurial thinking, working together with different teams and international locations.
• You will ensure that aspects such as patient safety, pharmaceutical quality, and regulatory requirements are taken into account from the very beginning of the development of new concepts.
• Together with Commercial, Operations, and other business functions, you will bring together different perspectives and contribute to sustainably anchoring innovative pharmaceutical solutions within our organization.

• You are a licensed pharmacist (m/f/d) - preferably at the beginning of your professional career or with initial professional experience.
• You want to apply your pharmaceutical expertise beyond the traditional pharmacy environment and enjoy setting new pharmaceutical standards and actively helping to shape the future of digital pharmacy.
• You think analytically, conceptually, and solution-oriented, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics, and can translate complex pharmaceutical requirements into concrete solution approaches.
• You are communicative, enjoy working cross-functionally, and see yourself as a bridge builder between pharmacy and business. In doing so, you bring initiative, team spirit, a desire to shape things, and an affinity for IT and digitalization.
