You already bring initial experience in customer service (telephony, correspondence, or in sales).
With your strong service mentality, high level of care, and reliability, you ensure that customer inquiries and needs are always at the center.
Your oral and written communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to act professionally and in a solution-oriented manner in every situation.
Through your quick comprehension and experience in handling MS Office programs, you are a true system professional and ensure that the ordering and shipping process runs smoothly.
Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing are indispensable for this position. Language skills in English are an advantage.
As a team player, you enjoy working with others and actively contribute to team activities with your open personality and positive attitude.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Your salary package: You will receive a monthly net salary of 2195 Euro. Additionally, we support you in your daily commute with a travel allowance, which is paid out in addition to your salary.
Vacation: We offer you 28 vacation days and a vacation bonus once per year (8% of your annual gross) in addition to your salary.
Referral Program: Because you know best who fits in with us, successful referrals are rewarded with a bonus.

*A Dutch employment contract applies to this position. The indicated salary range is based on Dutch compensation structures and is part of an attractive overall package including additional benefits. Since tax and social security systems differ between countries, salaries are only limitedly comparable. What you'll do

For our location in Sevenum we are looking for new employees for our customer service. In your role in Customer Service, you are the voice of the company, supporting customers in their most urgent moments and ensuring that problems are solved quickly and effectively. With a friendly conversation and fast solutions, you ensure they feel well taken care of, thereby contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and company success.

As a member of our Customer Service team, you hold an important role, because you are the decisive point of contact for our customers and partners - whether by telephone or in writing. You are always there for them with a keen sense of their wishes and needs, thereby contributing significantly to the fulfillment of our service promise.
Your area of responsibility also includes ensuring a smooth ordering and shipping process, so that every customer receives their products as quickly as possible. Should complaints or grievances arise, you are on hand and always find a fast and customer-oriented solution to satisfy every customer.
You work closely with our internal teams to identify errors, analyze causes, and implement continuous optimization processes in the area of Customer Service. For you, this means that you can make an active contribution to improving our customer service and grow together with us.
