We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who feels completely at home in an informal, technical production environment where everyone works with great pride on a beautiful product and no two days are the same.
Since 2009, RAVO has been part of the Fayat Group, a French family business with a network of more than 130 autonomous organizations. Within this, RAVO forms a separate business unit along with its sister companies Dulevo, Mathieu, and Scarab; Cleantech. You will become part of RAVO's HR team and contribute to RAVO as a professional employer. You can describe RAVO as an informal, family-oriented, and engaged organization. Together, we ensure that things get done. RAVO offers you a one-year contract with the intention of long-term collaboration.
As HR Manager at RAVO, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policy. You are a strategic sparring partner for the board and management and support the organization in its growth. You actively contribute to topics such as organizational development, culture, and sustainable employability. In doing so, you do not only think within the frameworks of RAVO, but also take the broader international Cleantech organization into account in your considerations. In this role, you lead a team of four employees focusing on reception, payroll administration, and HRM/HRD. Additionally, you are a member of the MT.
A glimpse into your daily activities and responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategic HR policy that fits a growing international organization
• Advising the board and management on HR issues, organizational development, and change management
• Managing and optimizing HR processes such as payroll administration, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and talent development
• Responsible for employment conditions, personnel policy, and the correct application of laws and regulations
• Promoting an inclusive, sustainable, and safe workplace culture
• Monitoring HR KPIs and initiating improvements
As HR Manager, you want to make a difference. You take control at the right moments, switch easily between operations and strategy, and show initiative while at other times pragmatically supporting managers with both advice and action. You get joy from achieving results together and feel proud when you see the collective contribution to the organizational result. You are integer, steadfast, business-oriented, and never lose sight of the human element. Your accessibility makes you a valued interlocutor for both managers and colleagues.
