Marketing & Aftersales Internship

Are you creative, a strong communicator, and interested in marketing within a technical and international environment? During this internship, you will work on marketing campaigns for parts, maintenance, and service. You will get the chance to turn your ideas into concrete communication that supports customers, dealers, and service partners all over the world.

You will gain practical experience within an international B2B environment and work together with experienced colleagues in the fields of Aftersales, Marketing, and Product management. A versatile internship where technology, commerce, and communication come together.

During your internship, you will support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing activities for our parts and service organization. You will be given space to work independently on projects and contribute your own ideas.

• Collaborating on the development and execution of marketing campaigns for parts;

• Supporting campaigns and promotions regarding service, maintenance, and repairs;

• Creating marketing materials for products, parts, and service offerings;

• Contributing to customer-oriented actions and promotional programs;

• Conducting market and competitor research;

• Creating content for newsletters, websites, and social media channels;

• Supporting communication with international dealers, distributors, and sales organizations;

• Monitoring campaign results and preparing reports and recommendations;

• Managing and structuring marketing and product data.

You are an entrepreneurial student who likes to take initiative and enjoys combining marketing with technical products and services. You work accurately, maintain an overview, and know how to translate ideas into engaging communication in a creative way.

• You are pursuing a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree in the direction of Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field;

• You have an interest in technical products, machines, commercial vehicles, or industrial markets;

• You are creative and enthusiastic about marketing and communication;

• You can work well with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;

• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written;

• Experience with graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation programs is a plus.
