As a Technical Trainer, you are responsible for creating, planning, and organizing training for our RAVO machines. In this dynamic job, you will deal with a wide range of modern technologies: from electronics, hydraulics, and diesel drives to the very latest EV technologies for our fully electric product lines.

The RAVO-SCARAB-Academy is located in Alkmaar. This is where you will spend about 70% of your time. You will host small groups of professionals in our workshop or provide interactive webinars from our own professional studio. Because we serve a worldwide network, the language used during these training sessions is English.

During the remaining 30% of your time, you will travel abroad to provide training at our international dealers. These are usually short, dynamic trips of a few days.

• Promoting training opportunities at dealers, in close cooperation with our sales teams;

• Supporting training within the various branches of our international sister companies;

• Coordinating and maintaining a safe, professional working environment during training workshops;

• Actively gathering input from the Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to continuously raise our training to a higher level.

You are a decisive and highly independent trainer who is used to carrying responsibility for the entire training process: from the very first concept to the final execution. Your passion lies in technology, but you only truly get energy when you share that knowledge with, among others, our dealers, and you feel completely at ease when presenting to a group.

• Technical expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of (or a strong affinity with) hydraulics, electronics, and EV technology. Your training ensures that dealers worldwide learn the best maintenance techniques to solve malfunctions quickly, independently, and effectively.

• Experience & background: Ideally, you have previously worked in a multifunctional role where commercial and technical assignments converged. For example, you have gained experience as an (international) Service Technician or have previously worked as a Trainer.

• Language proficiency: Because you interface with international partners and give webinars, you possess excellent communication and writing skills in both Dutch and English.

• Documentation (a big plus): Do you also have experience writing clear documentation and procedural material for different target groups? Then that is an enormous added value for our team.
