Warehouse Worker

As a Warehouse Worker, you will have the following main tasks:

• Ensuring the correct receipt of goods, with attention to the right quantities and the quality of the delivered items;

• Order picking and checking orders for external customers;

• The correct administration and processing of additions and subtractions in the system.

In the warehouse, you will work closely with your colleagues at one of our locations in Alkmaar or Heerhugowaard, where the team works together on quality and a safe working environment. Additionally, you will have a lot of contact with employees from production and staff departments such as logistics and operational purchasing. It may occur that you are deployed at other RAVO warehouse locations in Heerhugowaard.

As a warehouse worker, you have the following ideal profile:

• Some experience with logistical activities, preferably within a production environment;

• Good knowledge of systems such as MS Office, where SAP experience is a plus;

• You have a good command of the Dutch language and you possess a forklift certificate.

In addition to these matters, your personality is of course at least as important. You recognize yourself in the following descriptions:

• You have good communication skills;

• You are flexible and can easily switch between different tasks;

• You are a team player with a positive work attitude.
