The role

Love tinkering? Would you enjoy working every day in a beautiful, clean workshop with colleagues who are there for one another? How much technology is in a sweeper? Much more than you might initially think. And did you know there is only one manufacturer of these machines in the Netherlands? It is, incidentally, right around the corner from you. RAVO designs and produces sweepers from A to Z, making it unique in the Netherlands, and they have even produced the world's first electric sweeper. Sounds good, right! What you'll do

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that RAVO sweepers are assembled with the greatest care and precision. You do this using clear work instructions. The machines are fully assembled in various production lines. You work on different parts of the machine, so your work never gets boring! You look at the machines ready for transport with satisfaction. Proud of yet another beautiful product that you and your colleagues have put together.

Requirements

Crazy about cars, been tinkering in the shed or garage since you were young? How great is it that you can make a career out of that! Quality is your priority, but you also find collaborating with your colleagues important. You are flexible to jump in where needed and are always ready to help others and provide advice.

You have at least 3 years of experience with tinkering or assembly work. In addition, you have knowledge and/or experience with mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Do you need to know everything about everything already? No, we are happy to take you into our world and our skilled colleagues will teach you the finer points of the trade. But this position is certainly not your final destination. If you are ambitious, you want to work on an even better version of yourself, and perhaps see yourself growing into the role of Service Technician. It is wonderful that RAVO gives you all the space for that and helps you grow within the organization.
