You have extensive experience as a senior or lead software engineer;
You have a strong vision regarding software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems;
You can translate complex problems into clear solutions;
You have experience with coaching and guiding colleagues;

You are hands-on when necessary, but also know when to let go.
