From an activation with Feyenoord or FC Twente to a collaboration with influencers or a major brand campaign: as a Brand Marketing Specialist, you ensure that our plans actually come to life.
Together with the Brand Director, you contribute ideas for creative concepts and subsequently take on the operational coordination and execution. You bring colleagues and external parties together, maintain an overview of all actions, and ensure that campaigns are realized smoothly, according to schedule, and in line with our brands.
Check(-in), but what exactly will you be doing?
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you form the link between a good idea and a campaign that actually goes live. Based on the direction set together with the Brand Director, you translate creative concepts into a concrete approach and ensure that all parties involved know what needs to happen.
In addition, you maintain the overview. Have all materials been delivered on time? Does Design know what is needed? Are agreements with external partners clear? Are we still on schedule? You keep lines of communication short, manage involved parties operationally, and ensure that everyone moves at the right moment.
In doing so, you work closely with the Brand Director, Design, Online Marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Specifically, you will:
Providing the operational coordination and execution of our brand campaigns;
Translating creative concepts into a concrete approach and planning together with the Brand Director;
Coordinating campaigns and activations involving, among others, football clubs, influencers, newspapers, and other partners;
Monitoring schedules, deadlines, agreements, and materials to be delivered;
Ensuring that all involved internal and external parties know what is expected of them;
Drafting and distributing briefings to, among others, Design, Online Marketing, and external partners;
Managing involved parties operationally and keeping lines of communication short during a campaign;
Ensuring that campaigns and activations align with the image and positioning of our brands;
Translating partnerships into concrete brand activations and ensuring smooth execution;
Identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner and ensuring a quick solution is found;
Guiding campaigns from preparation to going live;
Reviewing campaigns after completion together with involved colleagues and incorporating points for improvement into future activations.
You will therefore work on multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously. You know exactly where everything stands, who still needs to deliver something, and which deadline is approaching. At the same time, you are more than just a coordinator: you contribute creatively, see opportunities, and take action yourself when necessary.
For the organization and execution of larger events and activations, you work closely with our Lead Events & Activation.
You are someone who gets energy from organizing and realizing campaigns. You are creative, but equally strong in execution: you ensure that an idea is translated into actions, deadlines, and concrete deliverables.
You easily maintain an overview when multiple projects are running simultaneously, communicate clearly, and enjoy liaising with many different colleagues and external partners. Do you see something at risk of stalling? Then you don't wait around, but you take action.
A completed HBO degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field;
Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within brand marketing, campaign coordination, branding, or consumer marketing, preferably in a B2C environment;
Experience with coordinating and executing campaigns from briefing and planning to going live;
A good sense for brands and the ability to translate creative concepts into concrete execution;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to strictly monitor schedules, deadlines, and deliverables;
Experience liaising with various internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners;
The ability to oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously;
A proactive and hands-on working attitude: you see what needs to be done, take ownership, and ensure it gets sorted.
