Medior Software Engineer / Consultant (Dutch speaking)

• (HBO) bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• You have 3+ years of experience in software development within complex IT projects.
• Extensive experience with Java or .NET/C#. You do not need to master both ecosystems.
• You are accustomed to taking technical responsibility and making decisions independently.
• You can translate technical issues into solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
• Experience in guiding, coaching, or technically leading colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, in speech and writing.

• A gross monthly salary of €4,375 to €5,200, depending on your experience, based on full-time employment.

Do you want to be technically responsible for complex software solutions and also sit directly at the table with clients? As a Medior Software Engineer / Consultant at Netcompany, you combine your technical expertise with client contact. You remain technically active yourself, but in addition, you take ownership of the quality and delivery of your part of the project.

You work on digital solutions for large organizations and help clients translate complex business issues into scalable, future-proof software. Together with developers, architects, project managers, and the client, you make technical choices that have an impact.

As a Medior Software Engineer / Consultant, you play an important role in the successful realization of our projects. Your duties include:

• You take responsibility for the technical quality and successful delivery of a (sub)project, in collaboration with the project manager.
• You advise clients on technical solutions and translate their business needs into scalable and maintainable software.
• You contribute to the technical solution and remain hands-on involved in development where necessary.
• You coach and guide junior developers and help them grow in their technical and professional development.
• You distribute tasks within the development team and ensure effective collaboration.
• You work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.

We do not build everything from scratch for every project. With our own platforms, such as PULSE, AMPLIO, and AMI, we combine configurable standard systems with custom work where necessary. This allows us to realize solutions faster, utilize reusable components, and tackle complex business issues with less risk.
