What we're looking for
You are an analytical professional with technical insight and a practical hands-on mentality.
In addition, you possess:
A completed MBO or HBO education in a technical field;
Demonstrable experience with software development and commissioning of HVAC/control engineering systems;
Nice to have
Experience with Priva systems is a plus;
Knowledge of process installations is a plus;
The role
For this role, we are looking for a Software Engineer Building Automation who effortlessly combines technology, analysis, and implementation. You get energy from developing, programming, and commissioning software for building management systems. With your knowledge of control engineering, you ensure that installations function correctly and meet the customer's wishes.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer Building Automation at V&M Regeltechniek, you and your colleagues are responsible for the software of our control engineering systems. You develop, test, and implement programming solutions and commission them at the customer's site.
You translate control engineering descriptions into software and control programs, test them extensively, and ensure they meet the functional requirements. You are involved in both development and commissioning and provide service, both remotely and on-site.

What will you do?
Specifically, you will be involved in:
Programming complex installations and systems;
Independently commissioning control engineering installations and building management systems;
Providing service to customers both remotely and on-site;
Performing functional tests and quality controls;
Recording your solutions and findings in clear documentation;
Thinking along about improvements and efficiency-enhancing solutions within systems.
What you bring
Affinity with control engineering and automation;
Good communication skills both internally and externally;
A positive attitude and flexibility to be able to switch quickly.
