Pay & benefits

What you'll get

You will start with a one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with a view to permanent employment. Furthermore, you can count on:

· € 3,000 to € 4,240 gross per month based on 36 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience (salary scale F);

· An end-of-year bonus of 6% and a contribution to your health insurance premium;

· Employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement (CAO) for public broadcasting;

· Opportunities for education, training, and personal development.

We find it important that you can work healthily and pleasantly. Therefore, we offer, among other things, vitality activities and fresh fruit.

The role

A new colleague who can start off well. A contract that is ready on time. An employee who can move forward again thanks to your answer. Behind the scenes, but of great value: you make the difference every working day.

Omroep Gelderland is constantly in motion. New ways of working, changing teams, and plenty of room for development. This also requires the HR department to continue innovating and to ensure that everything is well organized. And they need you for that.

As an HR Officer at Omroep Gelderland, you ensure that everything surrounding HR is well organized. You keep the administration in order, help colleagues with their questions, and look with a fresh perspective at how processes can be made smarter and easier.

What you'll do

A new colleague is joining. You prepare the employment contract, process the data, and support the onboarding. While a question about employment conditions arrives in the HR mailbox, it also appears that information is missing for a change in employment details. You ask follow-up questions, coordinate with those involved, and ensure that everything is arranged on time. Together with your HR colleagues, you support employees and managers.

This includes:

· Maintaining the HR administration, from employment to departure, with up-to-date and complete files;

· Supporting recruitment and selection, absenteeism, and training processes;

· Monitoring deadlines and seeking coordination with payroll administration, planning, and external parties;

· Receiving questions from the HR mailbox, picking them up, and managing them;

· Preparing HR overviews and reports;

· Identifying bottlenecks and helping to make HR processes simpler and smarter.

You will be given the space to further develop yourself, deepen your HR knowledge, and make an active contribution to various HR processes, projects, and advisory activities.

You maintain an overview. And you ask follow-up questions.

You enjoy working accurately and love structure. You do not wait around, but see what is needed and take action. Is information missing or has an appointment been overlooked? Then you take action. You set priorities, dare to address colleagues, and ensure that tasks are properly completed. You are accessible, enjoy working together, and bring a positive attitude. You are naturally curious and find it important to continue developing yourself. Depending on your experience and ambitions, you can take on increasing responsibility in HR processes, projects, and advisory activities.
