The client is a special client in the energy sector, where security and continuity are high priorities. The entire IT organization, in which OGD is involved, is designed around this.

As a service desk employee, you are responsible for the timely, professional, and agreed-upon handling of reports & requests in TOPdesk. OGD manages the entire office automation, including the network and hardware. Are you the one to take on the challenge and keep our client satisfied? What you'll do

  • Service management and IT technology

  • Handling reports and requests in TOPdesk

  • Providing technical user support within Microsoft 365

  • Designing processes more intelligently at the client
