You are not looking for a role where you mainly wait for the phone to ring. You actively build relationships, open new doors, and know exactly how to turn an initial entry into a long-term collaboration. You move easily within client organizations and get energy from seeing opportunities before they are explicitly on the table.
You are strong in building relationships within client organizations, with the goal of making the collaboration successful for both sides. Your colleagues from the delivery organization and the sales team assist you in this, but you like to take the lead yourself. You easily conduct conversations at different levels and know how to build trust, provide direction, and create commercial momentum.
You bring at least 8 years of experience in a sales role within IT staffing, consultancy, or professional services. Additionally, you have a demonstrable track record in realizing at least €5 million in annual revenue in IT projects and consultancy trajectories. You know how to approach decision-makers at the intersection of business and technology and how to independently drive commercial trajectories forward.
You get energy from diverse client conversations, from opening new doors to binding clients to OGD. You see value where others primarily see potential. You understand when a client can be helped with strong professionals in a project environment and when consultants specifically make the difference in advisory and transformation trajectories. In doing so, you focus not only on new business, but also on expanding and deepening existing client relationships.
What will you do?
You are someone who takes responsibility, dares to make choices, and provides visible direction. Someone who understands the commercial game, brings calm to the team, and helps others become better at their profession.
As a Senior Accountmanager Professional Services, you focus on a smaller number of clients where the most growth potential lies. Not as many accounts as possible at once, but more revenue, more impact, and more depth with the right clients.
Specifically, you will be involved in:
expanding existing accounts and realizing significant revenue growth;
creating new business with existing and new clients;
positioning professionals and consultants within project, advisory, and transformation trajectories;
conducting conversations at different levels within client organizations;
developing and executing account plans;
sharply qualifying commercial opportunities and leads;
identifying and utilizing cross-sell opportunities within the broader BBTG context.
If you do not meet all the requirements, we invite you to convince us in your motivation letter.
