Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Specialist

You work as a business partner for OGD's internal organization. You analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into sustainable solutions. In doing so, you consciously use the Power Platform as a means, not an end. You use Dynamics 365 and system integrations where necessary to ensure processes, systems, and data align well. In this way, you help colleagues to work smarter, more efficiently, and more enjoyably.

You work closely with your colleagues in the team, the Digital Business management team, and internal domains such as HR and Finance. You contribute to solutions with organization-wide impact and help processes, systems, and data align better with one another. You also play an important role in how we handle the Power Platform within OGD. You help shape guidelines, support colleagues in applying them correctly, and increase the self-reliance of the organization. For example, by helping colleagues to build smart automations themselves where appropriate.

• you speak with internal teams to discover where processes can be better, smarter, or simpler;

• you analyze work processes, map out bottlenecks, and advise on structural improvements;

• you design and develop solutions in the Power Platform that align with the practical needs of internal teams;

• you use Dynamics 365 and system integrations where necessary to ensure processes, systems, and data work well together;

• you assist in drafting and applying guidelines for the use of the Power Platform within OGD;

• you guide colleagues through changes, demonstrate where opportunities for improvement lie, and help to truly realize them;

• you share knowledge with colleagues and help the organization to work increasingly independently with low-code solutions.

You will join a team of four developers with different experience levels. This means you will work with colleagues from whom you can learn, but you will also receive plenty of space to share knowledge and provide direction yourself. You work during normal office hours and are on-site in Delft or Utrecht two days a week. Therefore, it is beneficial if you live near Delft or Utrecht.

• at least 5 years of experience with Power Platform Governance & development; 

• pre: other forms of software development

• experience with integrating Power Platform solutions into business processes;

• you can bring stakeholders along in changes and know how to communicate opportunities for improvement clearly;

• you switch easily between business and technology

• strong communication, planning, and advisory skills;

• a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• a salary that can rise up to €6,550,-  euro per month (depending on your knowledge and experience); 

• a one-year contract and the intention to extend this after one year for an indefinite period;
